Delivery Policy – Thrive Sensory


Thrive Sensory uses Australia Post for all domestic deliveries within Australia. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing 


Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). 

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Services 

We offer the following delivery options through Australia Post:

Standard (Parcel Post)

Estimated delivery: 2–6 business days, depending on your location.

Express Post

Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days within the Australia Post Express network.

Next business day delivery may be available for eligible postcodes when lodged within Australia Post cut-off times.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed



Shipping Costs 

We offer flat-rate shipping Australia-wide:

Standard (Parcel Post): $6.99

Express Post: $8.99

Shipping rates apply per order and are not dependent on parcel weight.

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


Tracking 

All orders are sent with tracking.

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates.



Delivery Delays 

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, Thrive Sensory is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Australia Post network disruptions

  • Weather events

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect delivery information provided at checkout

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control



Risk and Delivery 

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the nominated address.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Thrive Sensory is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Parcels 

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 5 days of delivery (for damage)

  2. Provide your order number and photos (if applicable)

We will assist in lodging an enquiry or claim with Australia Post.

All Australia Post services include tracking and limited compensation coverage.


Authority to Leave 

If you select or allow “Authority to Leave,” Thrive Sensory is not responsible for parcels once marked as delivered by Australia Post.





International Shipping 

Currently, we ship within Australia only.
