Free Gift Promotion

Thrive Sensory may offer customers a complimentary gift when an eligible order meets the minimum spend requirement displayed on our website.

The following terms apply to our Free Gift promotion:

1. Minimum Spend

   To qualify for a free gift, the order subtotal must be $50 AUD or more, after any discounts or promotional codes have been applied and excluding shipping or delivery charges.

2. Eligible Free Gifts

   Free gifts are limited to the selected items displayed as available through the Free Gift promotion on our website. Customers cannot select any other product from the Thrive Sensory website as their free gift.

3. Gift Selection

   Eligible customers will be provided with the opportunity to select a free gift from the available options before completing checkout.

4. One Free Gift Per Order

   Unless otherwise stated, a maximum of one free gift per eligible order applies.

5. Availability

   All free gifts are subject to availability and while stocks last. Available gift options may change from time to time without notice. If a selected free gift becomes unavailable before the order is dispatched, Thrive Sensory may contact the customer or, where appropriate, provide a suitable alternative complimentary gift.

6. No Cash Alternative

   Free gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, a discount, or another product outside the available Free Gift selection.

7. Returns and Refunds

   If products from an eligible order are returned and the remaining order value falls below the qualifying minimum spend, Thrive Sensory may require the complimentary gift to also be returned, provided this is permitted under applicable Australian Consumer Law. This does not limit or exclude any rights or remedies available to customers under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Changes to the Promotion

   Thrive Sensory may change, suspend, or end the Free Gift promotion at any time. Any changes will not affect eligible orders already completed before the promotion was changed or withdrawn.

9. Australian Consumer Law

   Nothing in these Free Gift Promotion Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
